The only downside for me was that the hamper arrived in a delivery box with Scottish Hampers written on the side so my husband had an idea what his present was as he took the delivery. I was advised by customer services that they do offer plain packaging however I didn't see this on the website when I booked - maybe it was there but obviously not clear enough as I would definitely have chosen this option. Perhaps Christmas hampers could be in plain packaging as standard?

My husband loves these stones - previously we've made huge ice balls but he prefers his whiskey neat, so any melting spoils it for him

It was lovely for my husband to receive his Christmas gift in a beautiful box - it seemed a waste to throw it away, although my son tried making a sledge out of it first (it wasn't good for this purpose!)

This is 100% the best shortbread we have tasted - absolutely melt in your mouth delicious

Ordered this hamper for a Christmas present for my sister in law to be delivered to me, just in case of delivery problems. I was emailed about it’s dispatch the night before and it arrived at 08.30 on the day of delivery! Talk about service! Just found out that she absolutely loved it, everything that was in the hamper was beautiful and it had been so carefully packaged too. Would definitely recommend your wonderful company to friends and family. Perhaps I won’t need to wait till next Christmas to try some myself. Thank you so much

this hamper was bought as a gift so I have not seen it nor tasted any of the items in the hamper; no one has made any derogatory remarks about it so I can only conclude everything must have been in good order.

The lrodust itself is great, however the carrier just left rhe hamper on the doorstep. Ot even with a neighbour.
