My uncle received this on the date I asked and within the time slot given. He was very happy with it and touched by it - we have not seen him for over a year due to Coronavirus and he is on his own, so he loved this super hamper! Thank you! :-)
Great Service and delivered on time
Delivered when stated, no hassle
Bought this hamper as a Christmas present. It was really good to be able to choose the products to put into the hamper, so often with hampers you end up with lots of stuff that you don't want.
The only downside for me was that the hamper arrived in a delivery box with Scottish Hampers written on the side so my husband had an idea what his present was as he took the delivery. I was advised by customer services that they do offer plain packaging however I didn't see this on the website when I booked - maybe it was there but obviously not clear enough as I would definitely have chosen this option. Perhaps Christmas hampers could be in plain packaging as standard?
