Fantastic and blissfully reliable. Absolutely no hassle and gorgeous products at a very reasonable price.
I am pleased with the service received from FSH - very efficient! However, as this was a New Year gift for friends I am unable to provide a fair report, as a consumer, on the goods received for taste, quality etc. I am pleased to say the process was easy and the date requested was adhered to - thank you! My friends rang to say they were surprised and delighted with the gift, and I hope to get a more in depth opinion on the contents when we next meet for lunch! Sadly though, I have to report the couriers let the side down somewhat. Delivered at 7.30am (!) on the morning requested - they failed to ring/knock the door or leave a card to alert the recipients? I stated the parcel could be left with any nearby neighbours if no response (though I sense even the most obliging neighbour would not have been too happy being roused from their slumbers at such an ungodly hour?) Inexplicably, the courier saw fit to leave it on the doorstep in pouring rain. The recipient's had no idea the parcel was outside for hours - it was only the arrival of her son, visiting at 2.00pm, who picked it up and brought it inside. Fortunately, it was well wrapped in plastic and undamaged but soaking wet! I wrote a review on the courier website and received a pleasant acknowledgement and apology, but it remains a worry that had the recipient's home been in a less salubrious area I fear the parcel would have disappeared within a short time. Given the unusually early delivery time, surely even dropping a card through the letterbox would have been better than to just 'drop and run'?

I order a Christmas hamper for my Aunt most years and finding Scottish hampers was great . They are one of the few sites that allow you to build a very balanced hamper that can include sweets , cakes and savoury perishable items including smoke salmon , pies etc . My Aunt loved it and commented on the array of items I included . She has a sweet tooth , so the selection of cake , chocolates and biscuits I chose were appreciated and she also had a nice salmon breakfast on Christmas morning , so very pleased . Also, delivery was on day requested with plenty of email updates /tracking info . Recommend
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my friends who live near Manchester. They were very impressed with the quality of the products included in the great hamper and were blown away with it. I was so appreciative of the updates and the prompt delivery. Fantastic. Keep up the great work.
