Customer service is impeccable and went above and beyond for me. Considering the festive season my message with special requirements was picked up swiftly and delivery was great. Recipient was happy as far as I know. Site is easy to use. I like the selection of products available for order and the pre-selected hampers too. There's something for everyone.
I have regularly bought a hamper of treats for my Scottish mum every Christmas and birthdays for many years and this year was no exception.
