I have been using this company for a number of years now , nothing but excellent service , the friends who receive the gifts are delighted with the contents and the quality of the products. I made an error on my order today and within 90 seconds of emailing them Richard came back to confirm he would amend my error no problem . That's all 5 star in my opinion.

I live in the United States, and this was a gift for my uncle in Edinburgh's 80th birthday. He was overjoyed when he received it! Originally, when ordering, I made an error and picked a bottle of whisky that wasn't to his taste (luckily, I checked in with my aunt before delivery). I emailed the shop, and they were kind enough to swap it out for a different bottle more to his taste, and even added some small taster bottles to make up the price difference (which he very much enjoyed). The hamper was delivered on time, and according to my aunt, he couldn't have been happier with every aspect of it. He was apparently very impressed with the wicker hamper itself as well!

Easy website to navigate & choose items. Delivery as chosen & kept up to date with progress. Was a gift & the recipient has told me he found the venison, salmon & Brie delicious. Hasn’t sampled the other items yet.
I ordered two hampers for Father’s Day (FIL and Dad). Unfortunately the delivery company let my Dad down, and said wanted to deliver perishable goods 5 days after the requested date (in hot weather). Richard was amazing - on it, offered to rectify immediately and gave a solution my Dad loved (plus a couple of extras which I didn’t get to know about). Both Dads incredibly happy and LOVED the produce, and these guys have themselves a loyal customer. Thank you so much guys x

I bought a hamper for Father’s Day and it was hugely appreciated. The hamper was well worth the price, and then some! My dad is a whiskey fan so I chose a selection so that he could try lots of different ones, and he says they’re all fabulous.

We built our own hamper from the options available on the website as a gift for Father’s Day. Dad absolutely loved it and said everything was top quality. We had it delivered before Father’s Day and it arrived on the day requested. Excellent service great products!
I was pleased to have a constant update of the couriers location so that I could tell my friend when it would be delivered. She was very pleased with her hamper and all the contents.
