Isabella's Preserves are a small rural business based at the foot of one of the Angus glens. They create a wide range of luxury Handmade Jams, Marmalades and Chutneys based on traditional Scottish family recipes.
They are fortunate to have a plentiful supply of quality local soft fruit in the North East of Scotland helping them to produce a range of Jam that is packed with flavour. Their Marmalades are also all hand-cut which emphasises their traditional production techniques. All of their recipes are produced in small batches to ensure the flavour is retained before sealing their jars with hand-applied ribbon and labels.
