St. James is a traditional smokehouse located in the Royal Burgh of Annan, Scotland. They select only the finest quality fresh Scottish Salmon from their approved Scottish salmon growers. The salmon is then transported to the St. James smokehouse within hours of harvesting from the rugged seas of the Western Coast of Scotland.
Each fillet is hand cured with pure sea salt & brown sugar, then traditionally smoked over smouldering oak chippings. St. James Smokehouse uses only natural, pure & fresh raw materials and they strictly forbid the use of artificial flavours or preservatives.
