Given that the parcel had far to travel, the packaging was exceptional. Sturdy box, Very secure outer box packaging and inside was packed with filler to protect the drums. Thank u
I can’t fault the experience, the site was very easy to navigate I appreciated that I could order what I needed without having a min spend as I only wanted some tea, as opposed to other sites, including the manufacturer site. Was very helpfully kept informed from order to delivery, esp re: possible courier delays but everything arrived on time. Would definitely shop here again.
The hamper was very well received as a gift. A couple of the items weren't as described or ordered, but I assume that was down to availability. The substitutes were acceptable. The only complaint I would have is about the courier, (outwith your control I know), they left the package at the front gate without trying to find out if anyone was home. The recipient had been at home all that day. I would however be more than happy to purchase from Fine Scottish Hampers again.

A good selection of whisky and nicely presented. One tiny downside...I paid the £9.99 for next day and the confirmation email apologised in advance for the courier I didn't like that ...but it arrived without any hitches and the present was well received.
