Although the purchase was not for myself, but a gift for my brother, I have heard nothing but raving reviews from him. The order arrived on time, which given the circumstances surrounding the pandemic was an pleasant surprise. The site itself is easy to use, but I did have a glitch at the checkout which was nothing to do with Fine Scottish Hampers. The assistance I received from Customer Service was excellent, not only prompt but extremely courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fine Scottish Hampers and their products, especially as I am on the other side of the world.
