I have used Fine Scottish Hampers a number of times now. I find their website easy to use and their selection hampers is very good. I order from Australia, and have had no issues in the past ( not something that every provider offers). Hampers are always well recieved and product is always enjoyed. This year there was an issue with delivery - hamper was in transit for several days. My concern was product going off or spoiling. I contacted Fine Scottish Hampers, who felt there would be on issue, but if there was arrangements would be made for replacement. In the end, the recipient, said there was no issue wih any of the product. I would use Fine Scottish hampers again.
