I cannot fault anything about my order, great quality products and I had also made a mistake with the delivery date online, this was rectified by easily speaking to one of the team on the telephone, the hamper was a gift for my friend who was treating us to a Burns night supper, she loved it xxx

At very short notice I had to postpone the hamper being sent to my Dad, Fine Scottish Hampers could not have been more sympathetic or obliging, and a later date for delivery was easy to organise, fantastic customer service ?
The hamper went to my in-laws who said they loved it. There was a shipping problem initially, but your company handled it well and responded to me very quickly. Another hamper was sent and all is well.
