The hamper took longer to arrive than I'd anticipated. I ordered on Thursday and delivered on Monday. Hamper was at Inverness depot over the weekend. I was concerned but didn't need to be as everything was very cold on arrival. The website is easy to use and had no trouble with the ordering.
