The service was all I expected
Purchased the whisky hamper for my dad for Christmas and when he opened it he was well pleased. Said how nice all the whiskys are.
Lovely hamper packed full of beautiful goods. Well packaged and presented.
Some desired products were not in stock but order came very promptly at a time (Xmas) when everyone else uses Xmas post as an excuse.
Website easy to use. I particularly liked being able to pick and choose items to give it that personal feel. Will definitely use finescottishhampers again.

Something different and went down well
Good quality however wish I used the gift boxes as they looked impressive.
Sent packages last year as well as this. Everybody was delighted. Needed help last year and the lady I spoke to did everything for me. Packages arrived south of the border in excellent condition and delivered as scheduled. Same again this year.
The products are great, packaging fantastic and a running commentary on the delivery processes. The recipients were thrilled too. Thank you very much.
I can highly recommend Fine Scottish Hampers to provide reliable service and excellent food and drink. I ordered a hamper as a last minute Christmas gift for friends. The price reflected the quality of the hamper - tasty with a hint of special luxury! I was kept informed about the delivery date, which was accurate, the hamper was left with a reliable neighbour and I was e-mailed informing me of where it had been left. The parcel arrived in good condition, it was well packed and secure. I am hoping that someone orders one for ME in the near future as an affordable but luxurious treat.
