We did not see it - we ordered online from Australia & the box went to the north of Scotland but the recipients reported that every single things was "right'.
We were delighted with service that went the extra mile for us. We needed an order delivered within a tight time frame & Sarah Carmichael organised for it to do so. The hamper was a gift to a bereaved family in lieu of flowers & needed to be there to be of use with the influx of visitors prior to the funeral. This was superb, buying while in Australia the website was easy to use, despatch fast and reliable (didn't think it would arrive when they said it would due to snow etc) but it did! Family member said it was the best gift they had ever received and would remember it "forever" .... then product was quality well wrapped and perfect in every way! Thankyou !
