Product looked fantastic with the straw basket as per the photo - although I was very disappointed to discover this wasn't in fact included and the hamper. The whiskys came in a shoe box like container. I'm guessing it must say somewhere that the basket isn't included but it isn't obvious - if there had been an option to purchase the basket separately I would have done so. But now I feel I will have to go out and purchase a basket or something before I give as a gift. But apart from that the customer service was excellent (I called to inquire about the size and delivery options and the lady was lovely) and the product ranges are great in fairness.

Easy to order, easy to pay (not all websites are so well constructed). The short time taken for the items to arrive was a pleasant surprise. All very good.

The haggis is for my Scottish friend in France who was pining for proper Scottish food. The ordering was easy and the gifts arrived in excellent condition in a speedy manner. My only surprise was that it was tinned haggis! As it is a Christmas present, it has not yet been eaten.

Individual items are nice as they are in their own boxes. This is just as well as the quality of the Luxuary White Logo Carton I received was disappointing. I have had to repackage before giving this as a gift which consequently makes it slightly overpriced.

Have not tasted the contents but gather from the recipient that they were delicious especially the smoked salmon. Very helpful staff when checking to see if it had been delivered.

Fine Scottish Hampers provided a great way of ordering a special gift (from overseas) for my sister's 30th birthday. I especially welcomed the flexibility of the ordering process, I was able to select one of the established gift hampers and then customize it by adding in a couple of extra treats. The hamper arrived on time and included ice packs to keep perishable goods fresh. Delighted at the presentation of the hamper and quality of the contents.
