I received a hamper as a birthday present and I cannot fault the goods or presentation. I had some difficulties with the intended delivery time and the team at Scottish Hampers were incredibly helpful in communicating with me to rearrange delivery. However, nowhere on the outside packaging or in the emails they sent me did they mention that there was food (salmon) that would need refrigerating inside the hamper. Unfortunately I was away when the hamper was delivered and because there was nothing on the outside to say anything needed to be refrigerated, my family simply left the hamper in my room. I didn't get to it for about a week afterwards by which time the salmon was inedible. Apart from this small hiccup, the hamper was beautiful and much enjoyed. In future I would highly recommend having something on the outside of the packaging if their are goods inside that need immediate attention.

Please with prompt reply from company on order being placed. Felt confident it would be OK. Disappointed it was delivered to wrong house and we had a day where we thought the item wouldn't be here as required. Company did sort out promptly and we were able to collect from another house. Quite expensive for contents but served purpose and people who received it as a gift were pleased.

The packaging for this product was a bit disappointing. Described as a a luxury carton whereas it was little more than a card board box. However, the products themselves look quite good and seem reasonable value for money. The speed and efficiency of service were very good.and, overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase.

Family was very happy to receive this gift. I did not see but they liked the selection of products and little touches like the cool block to keep the cheese fresh. I have already recommended your hampers to other éxpats.

Recipient of this hamper loved it and was really pleased with quality of all items in this hamper made a realy lovely Christmas gift and would certainly use Fine Scottish Hampers again and would recommend to others.

Products were great - My dad enjoyed them but I set the delivery date for the 18th December and it didn't arrive until the 22nd/23rd and his birthday was the 21st. I know it's the holidays but I ordered it in plenty of time.

The hamper was purchased for my elderly parents living in Alford. When I ordered it asked for a delivery date and the 22nd was selected. My parents stayed in all day to receive the delivery but never came until the 24th! I did receive a dispatch email on the 22nd so the hamper had been on the road for 2 days. The customer service from Scottish Hampers was excellent as was the product, they just need to sort out their couriers and improve deliveries.

First order and was a gift. Put in fridge until the day and tied with ribbon to present it. Has gone down well.

Ordered three hampers as Christmas presents for family living south of the border. All were promptly delivered on Christmas Eve, as we had requested, and all products getting rave reviews from our relatives who are enjoying a taste of Scotland, especially the smoked salmon, cheese and oatcakes. Bought my dad a hamper for Christmas, he loves fudge so I added this in. Tonight he told me it was the best he's ever tasted! (he's tasted a few in his time!)

I created two hampers as presents. I loved being able to personalise the hampers with items I knew would be enjoyed. The recipients of the hampers were thrilled with them. They arrived in very smart boxes and were very good value for money. One of the hampers was mislaid by the courier company but the customer service I received was excellent with my replacement hamper being delivered on Christmas Eve. I will definitely be buying more hampers as they are lovely presents.

I ordered a hamper for my mum and dad for Christmas and chose a selection of their favourite products - they absolutely loved it! The presentation box was of good quality and every product was excellent - they were delighted! My Christmas shopping from the USA is now solved by Fine Scottish Hampers!

I would like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful hamper which I purchased and sent to a friend. She is delighted! However I chose a delivery date close to Christmas but found that it was delivered on 15th December disappointingly. This was my first order and I am sure that I will order again in the future but as you offer nominated delivery dates I would like to ensure that the goods are delivered on the day.
