Customer service and delivery perfect. Recipients delighted with hamper.
I ordered this for my dad who was over the moon with it. Reminded him of times when living in Scotland

All looks excellent. Had a small issue but Richard dealt with it perfectly - top notch customer service
Over the last few years I must have ordered and had delivered on my requested delivery date some 30 plus hampers . Every friend who has received one all comment on the contents within the hamper as well as the quality of said contents . Over the time I have mad a couple of errors in my ordering and on each occasion they have been resolved in super quick time. Would I recommend - 100%
Wonderful service and communication from Richard. He accommodated the adjustments and personalisations to the hamper and delivered it exactly when required. This is the second time we've used him for gift hampers and we'll certainly do it again. Really impressive products and so easy to deal with. Jennifer
