This was my first order,bought for a Special Birthday present,so can't comment on the contents.
However, I can say I was very impressed both with the ease of ordering online and with the order when it arrived. The packaging was robust and the contents safe and secure within the nest of 'straw' inside. Everything looked as good, if not better in reality,than online! Therefore,I'm sure the recipient will be more than pleased and enjoy his journey round Scotland with the selection of whiskies in the hamper!
I'm sure too, this won't be the only order!

I personally picked items for a Burns hamper tailored to what I knew my son would like, seeing as he had recently left home to start a new career and new life in England. I just wanted him to have a wee taste of Scotland and for his new colleagues to enjoy a taste too. So whilst I never tasted anything, my son and his colleagues enjoyed the hamper immensely. Delivery was exactly when you said it would be too, great service, thank you.

I highly recommend this company. Not just for the first class produce but for the outstanding service. The food was delivered prompt and fresh on the day selected and my sister in law was delighted with everything in the hamper. What really made this company stand out from the rest for me though was when I had a problem. I needed to send the hamper to a different address than the one I initially selected. On one of their busiest days of the year the company managed to find my hamper as it was literally being filled, and change the details. Over the telephone one of the owners took all the new details and promised it would be changed. It must have been a real pain to receive my call but the person couldn't have been nicer and he spoke in a very cheerful way. Well done to all the staff

We received a wonderful hamper last year for my in-laws as a Christmas present. After Visiting our lovely friends who had moved to beautiful Scotland I wanted something special to say Thank you . Searching the Internet found 'fine Scottish Hampers' being as they love their new home in Sccotland it sounded perfect ....and indeed it was ! It was delivered first thing the next morning and according to my over delighted friend who because of her delight phoned straight away to say it was 'just beautiful', packed with such good quality products and with much care. That made me very happy too , she even sent photographs ! In view of the easiness of placing an order, the fast delivery and the sheer delight of the receiver I would have no hesitation in highly recommending to all and I myself will be back ! Personally selected my hamper items, which was great to be able to do. Well packaged and excellent customer service to be delivered to my father to celebrate his 82nd birthday. A real success, products were really enjoyed. In fact, it was such a success that I have just ordered another one for my mother too, and in under 48 hours it is with her and I have received a call from her to say 'Fantastic!' After using Fine Scottish Hampers personally and for our business I simply would not go anywhere else.

I created my own hamper for my daughter's birthday and it was difficult to decide what to choose from the stunning array of good quality produce. She was delighted and I get a text every so often telling me she's tried something else from the hamper and how delicious it is. I think she described the St James Smokehouse Scotch Reserve salmon as 'heavenly'. Although I think she said the same about the Findlater chicken liver paté, the Morangie Brie and the Strathdon Blue. Shame I don't live near enough to try them myself.

I found that creating an individual hamper was extremely easy, and that each item had a very helpful description and back up photos. An excellent experience. The feedback on the quality of items has been first-class. The delivery was perfect, and I only wish I had been there to sample.
