Website user friendly and emails informing despatch/ delivery etc every step of the way much appreciated. Hamper was a surprise First Wedding Anniversary gift for a couple from Wales and Scotland respectively and they were thrilled with all the products. I really enjoyed making up the parcel of goodies to send to my parents. Unfortunately there were some items that were not available to choose however, considering this strange environment we are in, I was delighted with the products that I was able to choose. Also the parcel was delivered a day later than was on the paperwork but again, this did not take away from the quality service of this company. The parcel was received as a huge surprise to my parents who thoroughly enjoyed a decadent lunch and tasty bites before some dinners too. I would definitely use this service again and love the idea of it as a gift.
