I sent this hamper as a birthday gift for my mum and she was thrilled to bits. Loved the variety of items i had chosen. It arrived on time with good communication throughout received.
Package was delivered early on the morning of the selected delivery date.
At very short notice I had to postpone the hamper being sent to my Dad, Fine Scottish Hampers could not have been more sympathetic or obliging, and a later date for delivery was easy to organise, fantastic customer service ?
The hamper went to my in-laws who said they loved it. There was a shipping problem initially, but your company handled it well and responded to me very quickly. Another hamper was sent and all is well.
