This was a gift, and the recipient was delighted with it (except the salted caramel chocolate, for some reason - said it wasn't nice). The packaging and presentation was lovely, and it arrived on time on the specified date. The only niggle I have is that it was tricky ordering from another country. The website states that the phone number should be a number in the recipient country - that's not always possible, particularly for surprise gifts. Also, the follow-up mails after ordering were a bit confusing - one of them read as if I was the recipient rather than the sender. To be honest, I found the ordering process (from another country) a bit daunting and I initially abandoned the process. It was your follow-up email prompting me that there was stuff in the basket that made me screw up my courage and try again. Glad I did, though. It was well received at the other end. Thank you.

I ordered a hamper from Australia to my brother who lives in Fife and was celebrating his 80th birthday so I didn’t get to see it Judging by his response (we were talking on FaceTime) he loved it he was quite emotional He loved that it came in a proper wicker hamper He said that their was so many goodies even had a clootie dumpling! The hamper arrived on time and I received regular updates from the freight company about the delivery I found FSH site easy to use THANK YOU SO MUCH for making my brothers birthday special 💕

My parents love receiving a fine Scottish hamper for Christmas, they see it as a real treat with delicious food & drinks to share that they wouldn’t normally buy themselves. Online ordering was easy & delivery arrived in the morning of my chosen date. Only drawback was they sell out too quickly!

The hamper was a 50th anniversary gift and the recipients loved it. As I’m overseas, I didn’t have any prior knowledge of Fine Scottish Hampers. I ordered based on the great reviews, easy to use website and lovely hamper selection. It was delivered on time and I received email updates advising of the progress.
