Coronavirus Update

Driver Shortage: As covered in the national press, there is currently a national driver shortage affecting all courier companies. We are working with our couriers to do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time. However, unexpected issues such as a driver having to self-isolate may mean your order is delayed - please see the section below on delivery delays for more information.

Delivery Delays: Please be aware that some couriers are experiencing delays so please bear with us when expecting delivery. We will work with our couriers to do our best to get your order delivered on time, but there may be some delays. Please be patient with us, and our couriers, during these difficult times. Please do not contact us if you have experienced only a slight delay.

Delivery Receipt: Recipients will not be required to personally sign for delivery, but instead give their name to the delivery driver. There will be no "collect from depot" option for parcels that aren't delivered, so please make sure someone is in or leave your 'safe place' instructions at the checkout.

Stock & Suppliers: Many of our suppliers are still operating, but at reduced capacity. While new stock is arriving regularly, we are experiencing delays. So if you would like to order a certain item or hamper, we recommend you sign up for our stock request emails or check back regularly to place your order for a later date if possible.

Please note that, due to some supplier issues, the advertised contents of our hampers may change. We will always replace items for a similar product.
