St. James is a traditional smokehouse located in the Royal Burgh of Annan, Scotland. We select only the finest quality fresh Scottish Salmon from our approved Scottish salmon growers for our ‘Scotch Choice’ & ‘Scotch Reserve’ products.The salmon is transported to the St. James smokehouse within hours of harvesting from the rugged seas of the Western Coast of Scotland. We hand cure each fillet with pure sea salt & brown sugar and then traditionally smoke over smoldering oak chippings.
St. James Smokehouse uses only natural, pure & fresh raw materials and we strictly forbid the use of artificial flavours or preservatives.
